WSU's Alumni Jimmy Fund Team to Walk Again!

Westfield State alumni Bob Benn, Bob Mayo, Tim Sicard, Joe Seckler ‘79 and Jack Mosko participated in the Jimmy Fund’s Boston Marathon Walk in September, 2009. They will be walking again this year on September 12, 2010

Westfield State one step closer to becoming a university

Yesterday, July 16th, the Massachusetts Senate voted 34 to 2 to approve a bill establishing a state university system for the nine current Massachusetts State Colleges.

Patrick Logan was recently featured on the front page of The Boston Globe in a feature story discussing recent college graduates’ decision to enlist in the Army. Logan enlisted in November 2009.
