WSAA Executive Council Elections
Join us as a Westfield State Alumni Association Executive Council Member-At-Large
Thank you for your interest in the Executive Council of the Westfield State Alumni Association. The Council is comprised of 17 members including the President, President-Elect OR Past President, Alumni Trustee, Alumni Representative to the Foundation and 13 members-at-large. We also, from time to time, have student members representing both our graduate and undergraduate programs. Ex-oficio members include the staff of the Alumni Office, past presidents and committee members.
2023 Election Timeline
- July 20: Call for Nominations
- August 4: Nomination Period Ends
- August 14-21: Election is Open (closes at 4 PM on 8/21)
- August 23: Governance Committee meeting to view and accept results
- August 24: Results to the Council
- August 31: Elected alumni notified
- September 9: WSAA Council meeting, election results accepted and winners announced
