Farm to Table Chef Bios

Mary Reilly, Executive Chef, is responsible for all aspects of Westfield State University Dining Services, in particular the increased use of local food in our on-campus dining and catering services. Prior to Westfield, Chef Reilly was the chef-owner of Enzo Restaurant & Bar in Newburyport, MA where she led a high end, locally focused, from-scratch kitchen.

Simeon Bittman, Catering Chef, is responsible for the catering arm of Westfield State University Dining Services. He is focused on increasing the amount of locally-sourced food served to Westfield State University. Chef Bittman is a classically-trained chef who has worked across the country.
