Westfield State alum Bryan Cowan, '01, was recently promoted at Westfield Bank and is settling into his new role after being promoted as First Vice President and Investment Officer at the main office in Westfield. Cowan will manage the bank's stress testing procedures in this position, collaborate with bank management on capital strategies, and oversee the investment portfolio.
Cowan graduated from Westfield State with a BA in English and earned his Master's in Finance and MBA from Northeastern University in 2014. He has a strong educational background and 24 years of experience in the banking sector. He began his career as a teller and progressed through various positions in the Accounting and Finance Department, which finally led to his new position, which he started just a little under a month ago.
