Kevin Kaselouskas ’17 Sworn in at West Hartford PD; Jack Kulig ’03 Promoted by CT State Police

 

Kevin Kaselouskas ’17

Kevin Kaselouskas was recently sworn in as an officer at the West Hartford Police Department.  

After graduating from college in 2017, he served with the US Coast Guard for four years beginning in Boston on the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter SPENCER, where he worked regulating New England Fisheries. He also patrolled in the Eastern Pacific Ocean, where he apprehended drug smugglers off the coast of Central America. He was then trained as a boatswain’s mate in Virginia, and later as an EMT and coxswain in Massachusetts. 

An Enfield native, Kaselouskas graduated from Enfield High School in 2013. Kaselouskas earned an associate's degree in criminal justice from Asnuntuck Community College and a bachelor's degree in criminal justice with a minor in philosophy from Westfield State University.

Jack Kulig ’03 

The Connecticut State police has promoted Master Sergeant Jack Kulig from Sergeant. Master Sergeant Kulig was also named Executive Officer at Troop A in Southbury. Most recently, Kulig, a 17-year veteran, served as sergeant in the Central District Major Crime Squad. During his career, he has been stationed at Troop F in Westbrook, Troop I in Bethany and Troop G in Bridgeport, and he has served as an investigator in the Bureau of Professional Standards. 

Kulig has earned the Force's Medal for Meritorious Service, a Lifesaving Award, and a Unit Citation. He received his bachelor’s degree from Westfield State in 2003.
