Alumnus Andy McCormack '14 was recently hired as the Customer Experience & Adoption Manager at AppointLink, an industry-leading provider of cloud-based technology solutions for higher education institutions. McCormack comes to the position with a unique blend of technical and customer service skills as well as previously holding positions at Apple, George Washington University Law School, and the GW IT Department. McCormack is excited to use his understanding of higher ed and technology to assist AppointLink’s customers, ensure technical improvements, and contribute to the company’s growth and success.
