Alumnus Joshua Rickman '07 named the administrator of the Worcester Regional Transit Authority (WRTA). Prior to this new role Rickman served as an assistant general manager with CT Transit.
“I’m very excited to be here for the WRTA,” Rickman said. “I think it’s a tremendous opportunity, and I really do take the rider experience seriously. I understand the concerns the public have about missed trips and that’s going to be a top priority of mine in the coming months.”
