Westfield State alum Mary Mazza '97 has officially been appointed Vice President for Human Resources at American International College (AIC).  

Mazza graduated from Westfield State with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Communications. She has an extensive career in Human Resources, including 17 years as the Human Resources Director for HealthSouth, now known as Encompass Health, an Alabama-based company with branches in New England. Afterward, Mazza served as Vice President of HR at Farm Credit Financial Partners, where she was an executive team member and led various HR initiatives. Now, she has officially been appointed as the vice president of HR at AIC, overseeing all HR operations at AIC and working to enhance the workplace and employee experiences!
