Brad Nolet ’02 Named Navigant Contact Center Vice President

Brad Nolet ’02 has been hired by Navigant Credit Union as vice president, Contact Center. He will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and optimizing performance at Navigant Credit Union’s Contact Center. 

Nolet has over 18 years of leadership experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, he served as vice president and head of sales operations at Citizens Bank. He has also served as vice president of sales and operations for Cegment, Inc., where he managed over 300 colleagues, supported institutions, employers, and students with post-secondary student aid programs, including oversight of customer experience, training, and sales. He also worked at JP Morgan Chase as a team manager in their call center.  

Nolet earned his bachelor’s degree in liberal studies from Westfield State University in 2002.
