Alumna Lisa Herbert ‘00 recently authored an article on the benefits of digital collaboration and how it maximizes efficiency and reduces congestion in the health care ecosystem. Herbert is the Senior Director of Product Management at NantHealth, where she leads the product management team for NaviNet, a leading payer-provider collaboration and engagement platform. She has worked to expand the product portfolio and introduce several new capabilities that will enhance and promote greater administrative efficiencies for payers and providers.
