Jason Berry ’98 Announced as VP, Commercial Loan Officer at Monson Savings Bank

Jason Berry ’98 has been hired as vice president and commercial loan officer at Monson Savings Bank. He has over 15 years of financial experience, having most recently served as vice president, Business Banking relationship manager at People’s United Bank. 

In his new role at Monson Savings Bank, he will provide customized, sensible lending and deposit solutions to businesses. He will aid in maximizing cash flow and bringing the full scope of the bank’s products and services to the businesses he serves. Lastly, he will introduce business partners to support businesses. 

“To say that I am thrilled to be part of Monson Savings Bank is an understatement,” Berry said. “My entire career has been focused on doing the right thing for my customers and being responsive to any and all questions and inquiries. I’m passionate about advocating for businesses and helping them evolve by providing candid, strategic, and sensible solutions. I look forward to being a dependable ambassador for Monson Savings and an extension of support for our business customers.” 

Berry earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Westfield State University in 1998. He enjoys volunteering with the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts, Susan G. Komen, United Way, and Junior Achievement. He is also a member of the East of the River Five Town Chamber of Commerce and West of the River Chamber of Commerce.
