Jill Iacono Mavro ’94 Appointed to Advisory Board, Ridgeway Partners

Ridgeway Partners LLC recently announced the creation of an external advisory board comprised of thought leaders across a range of industries. Jill Iacono Mavro ’94 was among those appointed to the board.

Iacono Mavro is a managing director at CapWGlobal, LLC, a global boutique investment bank that provides advice and guidance to small to middle market private companies making a positive impact on the world. She is also principal and founder of Spoondrift Advisory, LLC which provides advice and guidance to asset managers and private equity firm and broker dealers.

Previously, Iacono Mavro was a Senior Managing Director at State Street Global Advisors as part of her 23-year career with State Street Corporation. She presently serves as an independent director on the BNY Mellon ETF trust; is on the Leadership Board at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center; and is a board member of Women in ETFs.

She received an MBA from Suffolk University and a BS in Business Management from Westfield State in 1994.
