Alumna Kristen Kenny ‘96 of EngageSmart recently did an interview with Rachel Kline on how to create more inclusive workplaces. Kenny has worked within the People Function for the past 20+ years. Prior to EngageSmart, she served as CarGurus VP of People & Talent. Kristen previously held senior-level HR leadership roles at HubSpot and Endeca. Throughout her career, Kristen has focused her efforts on start-up companies to build infrastructure around HR/recruiting operations and business expansion.
