Walker ‘13 recently attended the National Football Foundation's Annual Campbell Trophy Summit in California

Alumnus Chris Walker ‘13 recently attended the National Football Foundation's Annual Campbell Trophy Summit in Palo Alto, California. Walker played football at Westfield State and was a previous nominee for the Campbell Trophy. The Campbell Trophy is given annually to the American college football player with the best combination of academics, community service, and on-field performance. Walker now serves as a Certified Public Accountant and Tax Supervisor with Grassi Advisors and Accountants.  

"I always looked to improve day to day," said Walker. "Sometimes big leaps are overwhelming, but if you do the little things right, the big things will take care of themselves. That is something I learned at Westfield State that I still apply day to day in my professional career. I can still hear Coach K echoing it in his e-mails."
